Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of www.cleanestpressurewashing.com and your communications and business dealings with Cleanest Pressure Washing. Last Updated: August 31, 2026.

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.cleanestpressurewashing.com (the “Site”) and your communications and business dealings with Cleanest Pressure Washing (“Cleanest Pressure Washing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, requesting an estimate, contacting us, booking service, approving an estimate or proposal, paying an invoice, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request Services.

These Terms are intended to supplement—not replace—any written estimate, proposal, service agreement, invoice, work authorization, cancellation notice, warranty, or other agreement we provide for a specific project. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal ability to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are the property owner, authorized tenant, authorized property manager, or otherwise authorized to request and approve the Services
  • You will provide accurate and complete information
  • You will obtain any approvals required from an owner, HOA, landlord, tenant, property manager, or other responsible party before work begins

If you request Services for a commercial property, HOA, apartment community, restaurant, retail center, office, or other business property, you represent that you have authority to bind the relevant owner or organization.

2. Estimates, Pricing, and Scope

Quotes and estimates are based on the information, photos, measurements, visible site conditions, and scope available when prepared. Unless an estimate expressly states otherwise:

  • Estimates are not guarantees of a final price
  • Prices may change if actual conditions differ materially from the information provided
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, stains, oxidation, paint failure, difficult access, hazardous conditions, additional labor, water-access issues, unexpected surface conditions, added services, parking, disposal, or delays beyond our control
  • A revised estimate or authorization may be required before we perform material additional work
  • All estimates are valid only for the period stated in the estimate; if no period is stated, the estimate expires 30 days after issue

We may decline, postpone, modify, or cancel a requested job when conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, unlawful, beyond the quoted scope, or likely to cause property damage.

3. Scheduling and Weather

Appointments are subject to availability, weather, staffing, equipment availability, site conditions, and other operational considerations.

Pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, staining, and related exterior services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, poor drainage, water restrictions, equipment failures, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material scheduling changes. We are not responsible for indirect costs, inconvenience, lost revenue, or other damages resulting from a weather-related or safety-related delay or rescheduling.

4. Customer Preparation and Access

Before our arrival, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and all approved work areas
  • Ensure water access is available unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Ensure exterior electrical outlets are protected and that doors and windows are fully closed and properly sealed
  • Remove or secure valuables, furniture, decorations, doormats, grills, vehicles, fragile items, and other personal property from affected areas
  • Identify delicate, damaged, loose, painted, stained, failing, or otherwise sensitive surfaces and disclose known defects or prior repairs
  • Keep children, pets, guests, employees, tenants, and other persons away from active work areas
  • Provide access codes, gate instructions, parking information, and site-specific rules before the appointment
  • Obtain permission for us to access the property, common areas, water supply, and service areas as needed for the approved work
  • Inform us of known hazards, including unstable surfaces, electrical issues, bees or pests, loose fixtures, fragile landscaping, unsafe roof conditions, or hazardous substances

If access is unavailable, the property is not reasonably prepared, water is unavailable, work cannot safely proceed, or the customer is not present when required, we may reschedule the appointment and charge a trip, cancellation, or rescheduling fee if disclosed in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

5. Service Limitations and Surface Conditions

Exterior cleaning can improve appearance but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, discoloration, oxidation, etching, rust, paint failure, organic growth, oil stain, efflorescence, mineral deposit, tire mark, irrigation stain, sealant failure, embedded contamination, or pre-existing defect.

You understand and agree that:

  • Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage, oxidation, fading, worn coatings, paint failure, surface deterioration, cracks, loose mortar, failed seals, damaged screens, compromised caulking, weakened wood, or other conditions hidden by dirt, mold, algae, mildew, debris, or stains
  • Certain stains or conditions may be permanent or may require specialized treatment not included in the estimate
  • Cleaning results vary based on surface age, material, porosity, maintenance history, weather exposure, contamination, and prior coatings or chemical treatments
  • Soft washing, pressure washing, chemical treatments, and water use can affect fragile, deteriorated, improperly installed, or previously damaged materials
  • We may use reasonable professional judgment to reduce the risk of damage, but no cleaning method can eliminate all risk on aged, defective, unstable, improperly maintained, or previously damaged surfaces
  • We do not guarantee that all stains will be removed or that cleaned surfaces will match neighboring surfaces, return to a “like-new” condition, or remain clean for any specific period

6. Landscaping, Plants, and Exterior Items

We use reasonable care around landscaping and exterior features. However, you understand that plants, grass, flowers, mulch, irrigation systems, outdoor electronics, painted surfaces, wood, decorative materials, and other exterior items can be affected by water, cleaning solutions, runoff, weather, pre-existing conditions, or conditions outside our control.

You are responsible for identifying sensitive landscaping, fixtures, electrical components, outdoor outlets, solar equipment, cameras, signs, decorative items, and other property requiring special handling. We may request that you move, cover, disconnect, or otherwise prepare such items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or pre-existing defects, improper installation, failed seals, open windows or doors, inadequate drainage, faulty electrical equipment, hidden conditions, or the customer’s failure to prepare the property as requested.

7. Water, Utilities, and Property Access

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you authorize us to use a reasonable amount of water from an available exterior water source and reasonable access to the property to perform approved services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the water source, electrical outlets, drainage systems, and property access points are safe and functional. We are not responsible for insufficient water pressure, water restrictions, plumbing defects, leaks, drainage problems, electrical defects, or utility interruptions that are outside our control.

8. Photos and Project Documentation

We may take before, during, and after photographs or videos of service areas for estimating, work documentation, quality control, training, insurance, dispute resolution, and internal records.

We will not use identifiable images of your property for public marketing, advertising, portfolio, social-media, or promotional purposes without your permission, except where the image does not reasonably identify you or your property, or where use is otherwise permitted by law.

If you give us written or electronic permission to use project photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the approved images for marketing and business-promotion purposes. You may revoke future marketing permission by contacting us, but revocation will not require removal of materials already printed, distributed, or incorporated into completed campaigns where removal is not reasonably practicable.

9. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, accepted payment methods, late charges, financing terms, and any cancellation or rescheduling fee will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payment is due upon completion of the Services
  • Deposits may be required for certain projects, commercial work, specialty services, staining, large jobs, or reserved appointment times
  • You are responsible for authorized charges, applicable taxes, returned-payment fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law
  • We may suspend or decline future services for overdue balances
  • A disputed charge must be raised promptly and in writing with a clear explanation and supporting information
  • Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or request to reschedule an appointment by contacting us at (214) 636-8577 or cleanestpressurewashing@gmail.com.

Unless your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement states a different policy, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled appointment. If late cancellation, inability to access the property, customer unavailability, or lack of required preparation causes us to lose scheduled work time or incur costs, we may charge the disclosed cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee.

Certain consumer transactions may carry statutory cancellation rights, including potential rights applicable to qualifying door-to-door or off-premises sales. Texas consumer guidance states that eligible door-to-door sales may generally be cancelled in writing within three business days; the actual availability and process depend on the transaction and applicable law. If a law gives you a cancellation right, nothing in these Terms limits that right.

11. Communications and Marketing Consent

By submitting a form, calling us, emailing us, requesting an estimate, or booking service, you consent to receive communications related to your request or Services by phone, email, and text message.

If you separately opt in to promotional or automated marketing text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Cleanest Pressure Washing at the number provided, subject to applicable law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications regarding an active estimate, appointment, service, transaction, payment, safety issue, or legal matter.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents—including text, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, service descriptions, branding, and code—are owned by or licensed to Cleanest Pressure Washing and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, systems, forms, customer data, or accounts
  • Interfere with Site operation, security, or other users
  • Introduce viruses, malware, bots, scraping tools, or automated requests without authorization
  • Use Site content or customer information for competitive, commercial, or solicitation purposes without permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites, maps, review sites, payment processors, social platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANEST PRESSURE WASHING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SERVICE-SPECIFIC WARRANTIES, IF ANY, WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY IN A WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY DOCUMENT. NO WEBSITE CONTENT, ESTIMATE, STATEMENT, OR COMMUNICATION CREATES A WARRANTY UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING AND SIGNED OR OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY CLEANEST PRESSURE WASHING.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANEST PRESSURE WASHING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO CLEANEST PRESSURE WASHING FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some laws do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cleanest Pressure Washing and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your misuse of the Site
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Information or content you submit
  • Your failure to obtain required authority, property access, approvals, or permissions
  • Your failure to disclose known property hazards or pre-existing conditions
  • Your violation of applicable law or another party’s rights

18. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the Site or Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the dispute, including your contact information and the requested resolution, to:

Unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing, any lawsuit relating to these Terms or the Services must be filed in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in the county where Cleanest Pressure Washing is headquartered or where the Services were performed. You and Cleanest Pressure Washing consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Optional attorney-review item

Do not add a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver without legal review. These clauses can affect consumer rights and must be drafted carefully for enforceability.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, flooding, power outages, water restrictions, public-health emergencies, labor shortages, equipment failure, supply-chain disruptions, government actions, acts of war, civil unrest, or unsafe site conditions.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed or accepted estimate, proposal, invoice, work authorization, or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleanest Pressure Washing regarding the Site and Services, except where a later written agreement expressly states otherwise.
