Our Story

Cleanest Pressure Washing was founded by Eric Umana, a United States Marine Corps veteran who carried the values of discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence from his time in service directly into entrepreneurship. After years of operating under the high standards of military life, Eric built this company on a simple principle: every customer deserves the same quality of work, the same level of professionalism, and the same honest communication — regardless of the size of the job.


What started as a local exterior cleaning operation serving homeowners in Carrollton and the surrounding communities has grown into a full-service residential and commercial exterior cleaning company with a presence across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In that time, we have completed more than 500 projects ranging from basic driveway cleanings to full commercial building washes and recurring facility maintenance programs for restaurants, retail centers, and property management companies.
